Remote Support

Mount Pleasant Computer Center is pleased to offer a simple remote support solution that allows us to quickly connect to a customer’s PC and directly view/control the screen to fix a problem.

Our QuickSupport option is designed for one-time connections that resolve specific issues.  All session data is encrypted which ensures that absolutely no one other than the technician can view your data.  Additionally at the start of each new session a dynamic password is generated that prevents any permanent access after your support session has ended.

For those customers that require closer supervision of their computer hardware, we offer a HostSupport option.  This service allows our technicians to remotely monitor your equipment 24x7x365 and provide anything from routine maintanence to emergency support.  Please feel free to contact us and find out how this service can benefit you and/or your business.
