Drop Off Location

Following the instructions below ensures your computer is protected and your issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.  Any deviation from this process may result in delay and/or additional expense.

  • All equipment and accessories must be in a sealed box. Please do not leave any items loose (e.g., power cords, wireless mouse, etc.) or place your hardware in an unsealed package (e.g., cloth grocery bag, etc.)
  • Please write our name and address (see below) on the outside of the box.
  • You must give the package to a staff member.  Do not leave it on the counter.
  • The employees at the UPS store are not affiliated with the Mount Pleasant Computer Center in any way. They are unable to answer computer related questions, discuss pricing or turn-around times and cannot provide assistance with carrying your items.
  • The UPS Store can provide you with a drop-off receipt for items left at this location. However they assume no liability for any damage or loss to your hardware.  If you are not comfortable with this please arrange on-site service at you home or business instead.
